Featuring the opportunity to sample five specially selected Willett Family Estate single barrel Whiskies that were picked for this years’ event.  With more Whiskies presented by Delilah’s in Chicago, Jack Rose Bar in DC, Mr. Tubs in Bardstown and The Ballard Cut in Seattle. 
Also featuring brilliant bites from our Chicago food partner the Publican group of restaurants with guest chefs in attendance, including head chef Paul Kahan, PQM’s Rob Levitt, PQB’s Greg Wade and The Publican’s Joe Spain!!!

This is a charity event that began in 2015 in Bardstown KY and then in 2022 found its second home in Seattle and now we are bringing it to Chicago - one of the best whiskey cities in America!  Among others this event supports the Pilot Light and the Guthrie Opportunity Center charities.  This is a really special event that is ideal for the Bourbon & Rye enthusiast.
