DAVLIN

DAVLIN

Davlin originated as a Chicago-based two piece project comprised of John Cass (formerly of Sleep On It) and Alex Zarek (formerly of Talk To You Never). The two came together to write music that paints pictures of stories detailing pain, mental illness, regret, and loss. After writing and recording the debut EP “What It’s Like To Die” the two filled the remaining spots with new-found friends Johnny Lopez (bass) and Bryan Tyler (drums). Davlin has created a diverse canvas of music fusing elements that are reminiscent of mid-2000s post-hardcore and emo (Underoath, Senses Fail, Brand New) with newer influences from the stylings of Citizen, Athletics, and Pianos Become The Teeth.

MAKE ROOM

MAKE ROOM

Make Room is an up and coming metalcore act out of Saint Louis, MO. Putting their careers in underwear modeling on hold, these four young studs have set out to pour everything that they have into creating music that will leave your grandmother quivering. With a live performance that is beyond their years, and studio recordings that even Helen Keller would sing along to, Make Room is rapidly making a name for themselves in an already over-saturated scene. From near-pop punk sing-along choruses to riot-inducing breakdowns, there’s something for almost any listener. So make room, because Make Room is sure to be a staple in the genre for years to come.
